- What payment method is acceptable?
Mrs. Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover as well as Paypal.
- What is the usual time for website completion?
We will contact you as soon as your order is received. We will initially collect all information needed to begin work on your website. A typical e-commerce site containing custom graphics will require about 3 weeks.
- What if I have my own graphics for my website?
We can use graphics from anywhere. We can also suggest graphics based on your product selection and the style website you would like to achieve.
- What happens when my domain name expires?
If you have purchased your domain name yourself, simply renew it as usual. If Mrs. Designs has purchased the domain name we will renew it.
- What maintenance will you perform?
Maintenance includes text, product & pictures along with shopping cart (if applicable). This will also include any sales or promotional offerings you have or are planning and would like to advertise on your site. Changes to site layout/design will not be included in this monthly fee.
- What is the setup fee for?
Setup fees cover hosting, site creation, shopping cart and graphics for shopping cart (if applicable).
- What is the monthly fee for?
Monthly fees cover maintenance, hosting and updates.
- I already have a host, is a there a Monthly Fee Discount?
The Monthly Fee is $4.00 less.
- I already have a domain name registered, is a there a Package Discount?
The Package Price is $10.00 less provided the only changes that need to be made are for the server settings (there will not be a discount if the domain name will need to be transferred).

- What is a Shopping Cart?
A Shopping Cart give your customers the ability to purchase directly from your website at any time of the day or night. All orders offer the customer shipping cost and sales tax prior to order completion. The Shopping Cart then collects all vital information from your customer, such as credit card information, Paypal info, and billing/shipping address. The order is then emailed to you once the customer has completed the check out process.
- How much does a shopping cart cost?
We use several shopping carts. This allows us to offer you the cart that best fits your needs. 2 of our Shopping Carts are free to use but do have a small transaction fee for all completed orders. While our Premium Cart has a small quarterly fee and transaction fees. This cart offers real-time credit card processing for those with merchant accounts.
- What Payment Methods can I Accept and How?
We recommend Paypal for those just starting out with E-commerce as this is a free service and has small transaction fees. Paypal accepts all major credit cards as well as checks. If you would rather accept payments without the use of Paypal, we can also help you with a Third Party Processor or Merchant Account
